Caryn's Eye View On Foundation Life (Semester 1&2) At Quest International University Perak

Today, I would like to share with you guys, what I have learned during the both semester.

First of all, I have learned how calm myself down during presentation. When I stepped into the University for the first time, the thing that I am more concerned was about the presentation. 

I remembered the first class is Personal Development , Mr. Muthu's class.  

During the first presentation is about "Introducing to Yourself", when it was my turned, I was not confident to share my opinion, my voice turned low, everyone can't hear including my lecturer are not clear of what I am trying to say

Furthermore, when I was nervous, my palm sweats . But in the Semester 2, I start to boots my confidents level during presentation.  I will drink water to keep myself hydrated and calm to be ready for my presentation.

In additional, I have learned how to managed my time🕐for all the assignments and tasks given by the lecturer.  

First and foremost, I will wrote down the notes in my phone at the "Calendar" app about the due date of all the assignments and tasks, then I will start to plan a timetable for my daily routine. 

For example, in every weekday at night I need to do my assignments and tasks and keep my phone away from districting me. During weekends I have set personal time to spend with my friends and family. On that time, I will not be doing any of the assignments and tasks during weekends.

Following the daily schedule, helps me a lot during the university days. This helps me not to procrastinate and make me feel happy. I will not waste my time for doing the unimportant things by following the timetable that I have prepared.

Last but not least, I also improved my English during semester 2.

I recalled back the first semester, I found really hard communicating with my friends. Sometimes, its hard for me to express my feelings to my classmates due to poor communication. 

Many of them said that I am a quite kind of person during the first semester, not a socialized person. 

Since I have moved into my semester 2 , and join event management class. I have met many new friends from event session 1, I try to be more social and extroverted. 

I have gained one valuable friendship from the event also,

"Do you know who is she?"

Let me describe her, She has a beautiful face, she is also a person who has the same characteristics with me, she is good at acting, she has spend a quality time with me doing the assignments and tasks till night.

We also chat a lot and share our problem together. 

The main point, I just love the way she is when I tell her my problems, she will try her best to calm me down and support me! 

She also help me a lot for my English, for example, she has teaches me some conjunctive adverbs when I am writing the blog.
